After the colossal weekend Jurassic World had last week, it still had a great second weekend making over $100 million. The new Pixar film Inside Out had a strong debut in 2nd place, miles ahead of everything else. This was the first time a Pixar movie did not open at #1, but it was also the second highest grossing opening weekend for the production house behind Toy Story 3. Low budget hip-hop film Dope more than doubled its budget in its opening weekend and got good reviews. Next week look for Ted 2 to debut at #1. Here is a breakdown of the top movie money makers for this past weekend.
