Brad Pitt is looking to unload one of his Californian properties for a cool $13.75 million. This four bedroom, 4 bathroom, 4,088 foot beach house in Malibu was originally picked up by Pitt for $8.4 million. It was bought by Pitt in 2005 just after his divorce to Jennifer Aniston and him hooking up with his current baby-momma Angelina Jolie. The new asking price is a drop from the $18 million asked back in 2009. The $13.75 million reflects more the current market value, with the original $8 million being the "holy Shit! you're Brad Pitt and you want to buy my house!" selling price and the $18 million being the "I'm Brad Pitt, bitches! Buy my house." selling price.
This mid-century house features a post-modern design with only one floor, show casing itssleek angular design and glass walls, perfect for Mr. Pitt who is a well-known architecture connoisseur. He spent millions renovating this home over a few years, proof to his passion for architecture. The main living spaces now all feature dark bamboo floors with floor to ceiling glass panels, giving views of the patios, decks, courtyards and off course the gorgeous Californian coastline. He currently has two of the four bedrooms as offices, a family and dining rooms. The kitchen is all-stainless steel with a walk-in freezer and refrigerator. It has three parking spots, three fireplaces (one outdoor), a pool and tennis court. It also has a top-of-the-line sound and security system. It also has its own private path to a private section of beach below its cliff-side perch. The listing also mentions that a approved plan for a second story had been designed by Chris Sorensen, a Malibu-based architect who specializes in environmentally friendly designs.
Thanks to Brad Pitt's fat bank account this is just part of his extensive real estate portfolio, which includes homes in in California, New Orleans, France, Italy and Cambodia . He spends most of his time with Angelina in their $60 million chateau on the hills of the French Riviera. This pre-Roman estate has an indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub, billiards room, his-and-hers gym and giant banquet hall. It has 20 fountains, its own aqueduct and stream to fill its own moat and lake. Pitt has had a team of architects and builders renovating the estate with $5 million upgrade, with Pitt personally designing the furniture. This massive chateau has 35 rooms, perfect for him and Angelina to expand their growing Benetton ad of children.

Tip for Brangelina fans: If buying his Malibu beach house is more likely than you being adopted by the power couple and getting a free room in the French chateau, ask the realtor to throw-in Madame Tussand wax figures of Pitt and Jolie and you'll call it a deal.
