Taylor Swift's House: Nothing Says Multiple Grammys Like a $3.97 Million Mansion

By on February 10, 2012 in ArticlesCelebrity Homes

Taylor Swift is pretty much everywhere at the moment.  This is due to her recent Grammy nomination.  However, she has seemingly been front and center in the limelight for years now.  Whether she is churning out another pop/country hit, dating another hot young star, appearing in a film, or touring incessantly, the pretty blonde never seems to stop.  Just a year past legal drinking age, she has already won four Grammy Awards, sold 20 million albums, and earned a spot in the Guinness Book of World Records for both the Fastest Selling Digital Album by a Female Artist for her album, "Speak Now", and for the Most Simultaneous Top 100 Hits by a Female Artist.  Her list of accolades and her work schedule are enough to make anyone dizzy.  The few weeks out of the year when she is not touring, being interviewed, or shooting a video, she stays in one of her three very large homes.  The largest of her three properties is in Beverly Hills, California.

She purchased the $3.97 million mansion relatively recently, in April of 2011.  The house is considered "cozy" by Hollywood standards and houses four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a large kitchen, a library, floor-to-ceiling windows, a tennis court, a sizable outdoor patio with a fireplace, winding vines, and high ceilings.  Situated on 1.5 acres of land, the house is relatively secluded and is surrounded by trees.  This was the first of two properties she purchased in 2011.  The other purchase was a new mansion for her parents.  Even super star music artists with Grammy nominations have to keep their priorities straight!
