Kylie Jenner is proving her real estate investment skills quite handily. She just picked up another incredible place – this one for $12 million! As you may know, Kylie has been buying properties left and right over the last year – this latest purchase is her fourth.
The star bought her first home for $2.7 million, when she was just 17 years old and upgraded to a $6 million place earlier this year – she even gave her followers a tour on Snapchat, where they learned she had also purchased a $4.5 million property next door, to house her cosmetics line.
It has been reported the 19-year-old has already moved into this latest purchase and plans to make it her permanent residence. The 13,000 square foot house in Hidden Hills comes equipped with 8 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and a gigantic pool and outdoor living space.
The new, two-story, newly constructed Cape Cod-style home sits near the end of a cul-de-sac, and is within a stone's throw of the quirky (some say haunted) Los Angeles Pet Memorial Park in Calabasas.
