Justin Timberlake's Home: A $4.774 Million Loft for the Artist Who Does, Well… Everything

Random Celebrity Article By on April 17, 2012

Justin Timberlake is everywhere.  If he is not recording a new album or touring to promote it, he is doing the press junket for a new movie, opening another restaurant, or, most recently, launching a home furnishings line.  The guy who started out on "The Mickey Mouse Club", and as one fifth of the popular '90s-era boyband, N'Sync, has certainly diversified.  He is the most successful of the artists to emerge from his former pop group, and his personal life has received as much coverage as his professional life over the years.  Of late, he has seemed more interested in building an entertainment and fashion empire than making new music, but that seems to be the way of many stars nowadays.  Back in the early 2000s, just before the members of N'Sync decided to part company, he purchased a massive 12,545 square foot home in the Hollywood Hills for just over $8 million dollars.  As his solo career took off, and he began adding more acting work to his agenda and restaurants to his portfolio, it became necessary to find a home on the East Coast as well.

In late 2008, he purchased a $4.774 million, 3000 square foot condo on Washington Street in lower Manhattan.  The three-bedroom, three-bath loft sports arched floor-to-ceiling windows, a massive living room, a completely new open plan kitchen, a master bedroom with wrap around windows, gorgeous views of the Hudson river, a state-of-the-art lighting and sound system, and keyed elevator access that opens directly into the apartment.  Though his relationship with actress Jessica Biel has come and gone repeatedly, he seems content with his two home purchases, and it looks like his Manhattan loft will remain part of his ever-expanding portfolio.
