For $18 million, you'll be buying a massive 27 acre lot of pristine mountainside woodlands with a massive wooden house to match totalling 14,200 square feet. To complete this massive property Seinfeld actually bought the two surrounding lots in 2007, one for $7.5 million and the other for $2.3 million. Plus he also completed a series of million dollar expansions and renovations. And the best part of the deal? All of Jerry's furnishings are included! The house was built entirely out of wood and stone with 11 bedrooms, 11 full bathrooms and 3 half bathrooms. Inside you'll find hardwood floors, wood walls, wood-beamed ceilings and huge windows. The double-height living room has a huge stone fireplace to match. The expansive kitchen and dining area is perfect for his wife Jessica who is a best-selling cookbook author.
