Jerry Seinfeld, the richest and likely funniest comedian ever, is selling his Colorado vacation home for a whopping $18 million. Just one of many multi-million dollar properties bought thanks to his show about "nothing". This house is a sprawling mountainside lodge, located in Telluride, Colorado. It's a popular spot for the rich and famous, with the average house value in his ZIP code between $2.5 and $3 million. He'll catch neighbors Ralph Lauren, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes when hitting the ski slopes of Telluride.

The house was built entirely out of wood and stone with 11 bedrooms, 11 full bathrooms and 3 half bathrooms. Inside you'll find hardwood floors, wood walls, wood-beamed ceilings and huge windows. The double-height living room has a huge stone fireplace to match. The expansive kitchen and dining area is perfect for his wife Jessica who is a best-selling cookbook author. It also includes several breakfast/snack bars, a great match for Jerry who is a well known breakfast cereal fanatic. The home has two mini-libraries (books included), two lofts, hut tubs, steam room, multiple fireplaces and a wet bar. He has an epic entertainment patio at 5,500 square feet that includes views of the mountain peak used in the Coors Brewery ads. There is also a heated 4 car garage and a guesthouse hidden on the estate.
