Miami architect Charles Sieger is well-known for his elaborate high-rise buildings. But here is a dwelling that gives new meaning to the word "elaborate": An huge, ornate, completely symmetrical (and surrounded by a man-made lake) "water fortress" that recently went on the market with an asking price of $10.9 million.
